Now piloting with Weber County communities

A private network for your community, built to stay on purpose.

Rallyhold gives counties, cities, churches and HOAs a closed, moderated space where neighbors prepare, coordinate and check in on each other. No feeds, no likes, no drift. Under your name, on your domain.

Not another social network.

Community apps drift: into gossip, politics, selling, noise. Rallyhold is built so yours can't.

Every post has a purpose

No open feed. Members post supply checks, hazard reports, drills, help requests and check-ins: structured, searchable and easy to act on.

Moderation that knows your mission

Each community has its own rules. Posts are checked against them before they go up, off-topic posts get a gentle nudge, and coordinators review the rest.

No engagement traps

No likes, followers, trending or endless scrolling. People come for what they need, then get back to their lives.

One platform, three kinds of community.

Each starts from a template made for its purpose, and stays there.

Emergency preparedness

Counties, cities and CERT programs

  • Neighbors share supplies, skills and hazards before anything happens
  • One-tap household check-ins and a coordinator roster
  • Activated mode: the app narrows to alerts, check-ins and needs when it counts
  • Clearly not 911, everywhere it matters

Church coordination

Stakes, wards and congregations

  • Service opportunities, activities and resource sharing
  • Check-ins for members who live alone or need support
  • Organized by ward and stake, with leaders seeing only what they should
  • No politics, no selling, no drama: the purpose is built in

Neighborhood safety

HOAs and property managers

  • Official notices that residents actually see
  • Safety reports and maintenance hazards, confirmed by a coordinator
  • Events and meetings with RSVPs
  • Residents verified to the neighborhood: no outsiders, no spam

How it works

1

Your structure

County, city, neighborhood, block. Or stake, ward, group. Build the tree your community already has; members belong to the smallest unit, leaders oversee everything below them.

2

Your rules

Start from a purpose-built template (emergency prep, church coordination, neighborhood safety) and tune what can be posted, how strictly it is moderated, and which features are on.

3

Your people

Coordinators verify members, confirm reports and help neighbors. Members keep a standing that recovers over time; repeat misuse limits invites, messages, then posting.

4

Your name

It runs on your domain (prep.yourcity.org), with your logo and colors, and email comes from your address. Residents see your organization, not ours.

Built for trust.

Private by default

Neighbors see your neighborhood, not your address. Exact addresses are encrypted; medical needs are never shown to neighbors.

English and Spanish

The app, emails, community standards and moderation all work in both from day one.

Locked-down access

Every record is scoped to the part of the community you belong to, enforced in the database itself. Admins sign in with two-step verification.

Accountable

Every moderation decision and admin action is logged, and members can appeal decisions about them.

Simple, honest pricing

A monthly base fee by the number of households you cover, plus what it actually costs to run your community, at cost plus 20%.

Email, moderation, hosting and (soon) text messages, itemized on your invoice. Typically $2–$10 a month per 1,000 households. Emergency text alerts add about $25 per 1,000 households each time they're used.

Any level can pay

A county can cover every city, or each city can pay its own way. Whoever pays covers everything below them, and nothing is ever billed twice.

Founding pilot

Our first communities get 50% off the base fee for 6 months in exchange for feedback and a short case study.

Government: annual invoice, purchase orders, W-9, net 30, ACH or check. A county prepaid for the year is $4,990.

Nonprofits and churches: 40% off the base fee with proof of status.

Annual prepay: pay for 10 months, get 12. Or go monthly and cancel anytime.

Questions

Is this a replacement for 911 or official alerts? +

No. Rallyhold helps neighbors prepare and help each other, and it says so on every screen where it matters. Official alerts and 911 stay the way to reach emergency services.

Do residents need to download an app? +

No. It works in any phone or computer browser and can be added to the home screen like an app, with notifications.

Who pays if a county and a city both use it? +

Any level can pay for everything under it. If the county pays and one city pays for itself, that city is simply left off the county’s bill and shown as excluded, so nothing is ever billed twice.

Can we use our own domain and branding? +

Yes. Point a subdomain (for example prep.yourcity.org) at Rallyhold and it serves your community under your name, logo and colors.

Where is our data stored? +

In a dedicated database in Canada (Montréal), encrypted at rest, with daily backups and point-in-time recovery once your community is live.

Is there a contract? +

Monthly, cancel anytime. Prepay a year and pay for 10 months instead of 12. Government buyers can be invoiced annually with a purchase order.

What about text messages? +

Text-message check-ins and alerts are coming. They are billed at cost like everything else, and never cut off during an activated emergency.
